Workout from anywhere at any time! The Lab Online Program is designed to meet you whenever you are in your fitness journey. This is an on-going monthly subscription that gives you access to our beginner, intermediate and advanced fitness programs! These programs include workout plans that range from at-home workouts to workouts in the gym. Though this is a self-managed service that you engage in on your own time, the Lab coaches will still hold you accountable to reach your fitness goals and encourage you through access to our Lab Community Accountability group! As a bonus, you also get total access to our video library that consists of both old workout videos and new workout videos that get refreshed every month! No more figuring out what workouts to do to actually get results. The Lab Online Program has proven results and is waiting on you!

"May 2021, I was taken to the hospital with Hypertension and spent 3 days in observation in heart attack/stroke range.
